Saperavi carbonic maceration is a dry red wine made from Saperavi grapes grown in the Kakheti region.
The grapes were processed according to French technology, a process in winemaking that occurs when clusters of

intact red grapes are placed in a sealed, stainless tank, maintaining temperature control, and adding a small

amount of processed red grapes, which helps to start the fermentation process.
The wine is distinguished by its intense garnet color, It is quite full-bodied and has berry and fruity aromas.
The wine is recommended to pair with roast meat, roast lamb ribs, and cheese platter.

Best served at between 16°C and 18°C.

Store at between +5°C and +16°C
