მეღვინეობა “დოესის მამული“ მდებარეობს შიდა ქართლში, კასპის მუნიციპალიტეტის ისტორიულ სოფელ დოესში. „დოესის მამული“ ღვინოს აწარმოებს საკუთარ 10 ჰა ვენახში მოწეული 8 ჯიშის ყურძნისგან. მარანი განთავსებულია უშუალოდ ვენახში რაც საშუალებას იძლევა დაკრეფისთანავე მოხდეს მოსავლის გადამუშავება, რითაც მნიშვნელოვანწილად უზრუნველყოფილია წარმოებული ღვინის მაღალი ხარისხი.
Winery "Doesi Estate" is located in Shida Kartli region, in historic village of Kaspi municipality. Estate has 10 hectares of vineyard with 8 different varieties of grapes. Wine cellar is located in the vineyard and hand picked grapes are processed on site.

ზომიერად სხეულიანი ღვინო, შექმნილია საკუთარ ვენახში მოწეული უმაღლესი ხარისხის შავკაპიტოს ჯიშის ყურძნისგან. არის 2024 წლის მოსავალი, ახასიათებს ლალისფერი მოყავისფრო შეფერილობა, შინდის და სანელებლების არომატები, გემოებიდან დომინირებს ბალი, პილპილი, შავი მოცხარი.
The moderate body wine is made from highest quality of Shavkapito grapes from winery's own vineyard. Harvest year 2024. Wine has ruby color with aromas of spice and cornelius cherry, pepper, cherry and currants are dominant in taste.
