მეღვინეობა “დოესის მამული“ მდებარეობს შიდა ქართლში, კასპის მუნიციპალიტეტის ისტორიულ სოფელ დოესში. „დოესის მამული“ ღვინოს აწარმოებს საკუთარ 10 ჰა ვენახში მოწეული 8 ჯიშის ყურძნისგან. მარანი განთავსებულია უშუალოდ ვენახში რაც საშუალებას იძლევა დაკრეფისთანავე მოხდეს მოსავლის გადამუშავება, რითაც მნიშვნელოვანწილად უზრუნველყოფილია წარმოებული ღვინის მაღალი ხარისხი.
Winery "Doesi Estate" is located in Shida Kartli region, in historic village of Kaspi municipality. Estate has 10 hectares of vineyard with 8 different varieties of grapes. Wine cellar is located in the vineyard and hand picked grapes are processed on site.

შექმნილია საკუთარ ვენახში მოწეული უმაღლესი ხარისხის თავკვერის ჯიშის ყურძნისგან. გამოირჩევა მსუბუქი სხეულით, ლალისფერ-იასამნისფერი შეფერილობით, ახასიათებს მწიფე მოცხარის და ღოღნაშოს არომატები, ღვინოში შეხვდებით მწიფე კენკროვანი ხილის გემოებს.
Wine is made of highest quality Tavkveri variety grapes from winery's own vineyard. With moderate body and ruby-purple color, it has aromas of blueberry and blackthorn, ripe berry taste is dominant.
