Semi-Sweet Red wine is made from Saperavi grapes. The wine is produced in a traditional way: after harvesting, grapes undergo destemming and crushing process, and then undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature. It is combined with cold meat snacks, cheese and khachapuri.
