Wine is made from the Saperavi grape variety, cultivated in the Kakheti region. It is fermented using the traditional Kakhetian technology in qvevri. The wine is characterised by a dark pomegranate colouring and a harmonious bouquet, distinguished by black cherry and blackberry aroma. The wine is bottled without filtration, allowing for the possibility of some sediment being noticeable.
