Amber Dry Wine
Grape variety – Rkatsiteli. The grapes are grown in Tsarapi, near of Kardenakhi Village. 2023 harvest.
Before bottling, the wine was fermented and aged in a Georgian traditional Qvevri winemaking method, with grape skins and pips, but without stalks for a 6 months.
Color - Glossy, straw yellow with golden reflection.
Aroma - Medium intensity with well-expressed white dried fruit, with gentle pleasant tones of ceiling.
Taste - Harmonious, velvety, medium-bodied, with dried fruit taste and less aggressive tannins.
The temperature before consumption is 12-14 °C
