Trapadell single varietal white wine, a minority variety undergoing recovery.
Carefully handpicked with double selection, both in the vineyard and in the cellar. Fermentation with the skins in stainless steel tanks. No punch-downs are performed, leaving a static cap of skins. Temperature controlled at less than 20ºC for 25 days. In the final phase of fermentation, it is racked and gently pressed. Aging with its fine lees for 8 months in ceramic amphorae.
TASTING NOTE
Color: A bright golden yellow.
Taste: Aromas of dried leaves, citrus, and white flowers characteristic of the variety stand out.
Long palate, with good acidity. The pulp texture gives it a medium structure.
Development: Optimal for tasting now, but with potential to continue maturing in the bottle.
