Story

The label comes from an early generation of Georgian wine labels, from a time when wine carried not only a name, but a sense of place, identity, and pride. In Georgian tradition, the lion has long stood for strength, courage, and sovereignty. We brought this old symbol back as a reminder: some things from Georgia’s past are not meant to be forgotten. They are meant to be reclaimed.

Saperavi

One of Georgia’s most distinctive native varieties, Saperavi is a grape like few others. Its name comes from the Georgian word for “dye,” a reflection of its remarkably deep-colored flesh and juice. Dark, powerful, and intensely expressive, our Saperavi combines concentrated dark fruit with natural acidity, firm tannins, and remarkable structure. Yet beneath its strength is a freshness that gives the wine balance, complexity, and the ability to evolve with age.
