White wine made exclusively from Garnacha Blanca.
Fermentation with skins in a square stainless steel tank.
Aged on fine lees for 8 months in 500L French oak barrels.
Tasting note
Color: Deep yellow.
Aroma: intensity. Primary aromas of stone fruit such as ripe peach and ripe white apple predominate. Notes of sweet white flower and dry lily are also appreciated. In the secondary aromas, light toasted bread, butter, and lactics (brioche) are distinguished. Honey is found as a tertiary aroma.
Taste: Pronounced intensity. Dry. Medium acidity.
Medium alcohol. Medium tannins with a long finish. On the palate, primary aromas of stone fruit, such as ripe peach and apricots, and tertiary aromas of lightly toasted wood and nuts are mainly perceived. Development: Optimal for tasting, although it still has potential for positive aging.
