White wine made exclusively from Macabeo.
Fermentation with skins in a square stainless steel tank. Aged on fine lees for 8 months in 500L French oak barrels.
Tasting notes
Color: A bright golden hue with subtle amber highlights.
Aroma: Balsamic notes stand out, offering freshness and blending seamlessly with aromas of white fruit and stone fruit such as ripe peach, adding sweetness and roundness. As it evolves in the glass, delicate secondary notes of honey emerge.
Palate: High intensity. Balanced acidity enhances its freshness. Notes of apple and peach return on the palate, accompanied by a subtle hint of honey, giving a rounded and slightly sweet finish. Development: At an optimal point for tasting, although it still has potential for positive aging.
