Grape variety – Kisi. The grapes are grown in Kistauri Village. 2023 harvest.
Before bottling, the wine was fermented and aged in a Georgian traditional Qvevri winemaking method, with grape skins and pips, but without stalks for a 6 months.
Color - Glossy, straw yellow with golden reflection.
Aroma - Type of Medium intensity with varietal fruits of apricots, dried fruits with gentle pleasant tones.
Taste - Harmoniously pleasant, with ripe fruit, medium-bodied, with less aggressive tannins.
The temperature before consumption is 12-14 °C
