Wine is made from Kisi grape variety, cultivated in the Kakheti region, using the traditional Kakhetian Qvevri method, which involves a six-month ripening of homemade vodka on sprouts in wine jugs. The wine is bottled without filtration, allowing for the possibility of some sediment being noticeable.
