Young spruce shoots provide light tannins and
citrus notes, supported by zesty lemon grass
from the biodynamic farm Bergsmyrene in
Norway. This is complemented by yarrow and
birch leaves, adding depth to the flavor.
Perfect as an aperitif, or together with meals.
