Grape variety – Kakhuri Mtsvane. The grapes are grown in Manavi Village. 2023 harvest.
Before bottling, the wine was fermented and aged in a Georgian traditional Qvevri winemaking method, with grape skins and pips, but without stalks for a 6 months.
Color - Amber, with golden reflection.
Aroma - High intensity with well-expressed white fruit, honey and nut tones.
Taste - Harmonious, ripe white fruit with pleasant acidity, full-bodied.
