მეღვინეობა “დოესის მამული“ მდებარეობს შიდა ქართლში, კასპის მუნიციპალიტეტის ისტორიულ სოფელ დოესში. „დოესის მამული“ ღვინოს აწარმოებს საკუთარ 10 ჰა ვენახში მოწეული 8 ჯიშის ყურძნისგან. მარანი განთავსებულია უშუალოდ ვენახში რაც საშუალებას იძლევა დაკრეფისთანავე მოხდეს მოსავლის გადამუშავება, რითაც მნიშვნელოვანწილად უზრუნველყოფილია წარმოებული ღვინის მაღალი ხარისხი.
Winery "Doesi Estate" is located in Shida Kartli region, in historic village of Kaspi municipality. Estate has 10 hectares of vineyard with 8 different varieties of grapes. Wine cellar is located in the vineyard and hand picked grapes are processed on site.

ღვინო დაყენებულია ქვევრში 1 თვემდე ჭაჭაზე დაყოვნებით, რის შემდეგაც ღვინომ განაგრძო დავარგება ასევე ქვევრში 8 თვის განმავლობაში. სხეულიანი, ტანინიანი ღვინო, ხასიათდება ქარვისფერი შეფერილობით, გადამწიფებული თეთრი ხილის არომატებით, გემოებში დომინირებს ხმელი ხილის , ჩაის და მინერალური ტონები.

Produced from highest quality of Goruli Mtsvane variety grapes from winery's own vineyard. Wine is produced in Qvevry. Out of 8 months in Qvevry, first month it was in contact with grape skin. strong body with tannins, has amber color, aromas of overripe white fruits, taste is dominated with dried fruits, tea and minerals.
